This will be my goto for the rest of the lock down ) I added watercress and used a bit more lemon than called for. It is very good but I find the olive oil a bit excessive - it may be overpowering depending on the type of olive oil you use. Obviously as mentioned in the recipe, the lemon and spices are to taste, but make it, taste it and you’ll just know.

Best made in a food processor, especially if smooth is what you’re after.
